The quality management of DDD Security ® Security Services provides the necessary conditions to guarantee our customers at any time, a consistently high quality of services offered.
The high standards of our services, we can only ensure the continuous improvement of our internal work processes. Besides the work processes in our company, cooperation plays with our customers and external service providers an important role.
Our aim is only to increase the efficiency, in particular the continuous improvement of our work and individual business processes.

1 Company guidelines and management

To ensure that our security services and our training in the framework of the Security Academy to its demands to meet our customers in mind, participants and clients, we have summarized our structure and organization in a management system and described in the management documentation. The system is designed so comprehensive that all legal requirements, including safety, the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 and also the AZWV are met. This management guide describes the management system of DDD Security ®, ensuring the implementation of corporate policy of the company at all levels.
Our system will ensure that all business processes are planned throughout, controlled and monitored and that therefore the quality capability of the entire company and all employees is always guaranteed. In addition to meeting customer requirements stipulated by the continuous improvement of the management system is a central part of the objectives of the company. These goals are annually communicated to all employees of the company.

Statement of Obligation and Scope

The release and release of the management system with the documentation management, management manual, process manuals and all other documents of the company DDD Security ® documentation is enacted.

"DDD Security ® Academy " and "DDD Security ® Service

As part of the DDD Security ® Academy we conduct education and training

• education and training to Certified Protection and safety expert
(with a degree IHK)
• Preparing for the proficiency examination in accordance. Industrial Code § 34a (with a degree of IHK)
